Barbara Sissons

Barbara Sissons has graduated from the Main School of Planning and Statistics in Warsaw (today: Warsaw School of Economics), the Economic-Social Faculty. She worked in the following companies: in KPMG Polska, in the Department of Audit as Assistant Manager; in SCA Hygiene Products Sp. z o.o. as a Director for Finance and Administration and the President of the Management Board; in Compaq Computer Sp. z o.o. as the Director for Finance and Administration; in Optimus S.A. as a Vice-President of the Management Board – the Director of Finance; in Prokom Software S.A. at the position of the Director of Finance; in Mostostal Export S.A. as the Member of the Management Board – the Vice-President for Finance. Since September 15th, 2004 she has been employed in Mennica Polska S.A. at the position of the Director of Finance. From September 15th, 2004 till April 20th, 2005 she was also a proxy. 
Since April 20th, 2005 she has been a Member of the Management Board, Financial Director.
