Mirosław Panek

Born in 1959, graduate of the Faculty of Physics at the University of Warsaw (1982), Doctor's degrees in Astrophysics (Polish Academy of Science, 1987). The holder of Stock Broker License (1992), Investment Advisor License (1994) and CFA degree (2000). Has extensive experience in working in the institutions managing assets on the financial market.

1994 – 1996    Investment Advisor, Capital Transaction Center for the Bank Handlowy in         Warsaw

1997 – 1998    Board Member, Investment Advisor, ABN AMRO Asset Management (Polska) S.A.

1999 – 2006    Investment Director, ING Investment Management (Polska) S.A.

2002 – 2006    President of the Board, INF TFI and ING Investment Management (Polska) S.A.

2006 – 2007    Board member, PZU S.A.

Former member of the Examination Commission for Investment Advisors at KPWiG (Polish Securities and Exchange Commission) (1994 -1997), Vice Chairman of the Board of the Chamber of Fund and Asset Management (2005 – 2006),  member of the Advisory Board of PHF S.A. (2006 – 2007), chair of the Advisory Board of PZU Asset Management S.A. (2006 – 2007), and since 2004 he has been a  member of the Board of the Fundacja Ośrodka KARTA foundation.

Since 2009 he has been performing functions of the member of the Advisory Boards of ATM S.A., Mostostal Zabrze – Holding S.A. and Vistula Group S.A.
