In accordance with the submitted representation, Paweł Brukszo has a full ability to perform acts in law, has not been convicted with a final court’s order for any crimes under the provisions of the chapters XXXII-XXXVII of the Criminal Code and in art. 585, art. 587, art. 590, and art. 591 of the Code of Commercial Partnerships and Companies, is not listed in the insolvent debtors register, does not conduct activities which would be competitive for the Mint of Poland, and does not participate in a company which is a competitor of the Mint of Poland as a partner in a civil law partnership or a partnership or as a member of a body of a company nor does he participate in any other legal person which is a competitor of the Mint of Poland as a member of its body. Paweł Brukszo has also submitted a representation about meeting the criteria of an independent member of the Supervisory Board specified in the Appendix to the Ownership Supervision Principles of Amplico PTE S.A.
