Shareholders which hold more than 5% of votes each on the Ordinary General Meeting
The Management Board of the Mint of Poland informs that the following shareholders who hold more than 5% of votes each participated in the Ordinary General Meeting convened on 18 May 2009:
Ministry of Treasury – 2,079,115 shares/votes, i.e. 33.71% of votes on this General Meeting and 31.64% of the total number of votes,
Multico Sp. z o.o. – 1,583,523 shares/votes, i.e. 25.68% of votes on this General Meeting and 24.10% of the total number of votes,
Zbigniew Jakubas – 891,444 shares/votes, i.e. 14.45% of votes on this General Meeting and 13.57% of the total number of votes,
Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego – 674,401 shares/votes, i.e. 10.93% of votes on this General Meeting and 10.26% of the total number of votes,
Joanna Jakubas – 328,000 shares/votes, i.e. 5.32% of votes on this General Meeting and 4.99% of the total number of votes.
