Statements on connections

According to statements made on the basis of “Best Practices of Companies Quoted on Warsaw Stock Exchange”:

1. Zbigniew Jakubas – Chairman of Supervisory Board – is personally a shareholder having at his disposal more than 5% of total number of votes in the General Meeting of Shareholders of Mennica Polska S.A. Moreover, he performs the function of President of the Management Board of Multico Sp. z o.o. that is a shareholder having at its disposal more than 5% of total number of votes in the General Meeting of Mennica Polska S.A.2. Piotr Sendecki, Krzysztof Malicki, Marek Felbur, Paweł Brukszo and Piotr Gołębiowski – do not have any connections of economic, family or any other nature with shareholders representing not less than 5% of total number of votes in the General Meeting, which could influence the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of Mennica Polska S.A. in cases resolved by the Supervisory Board.
