A unique set of 4 numismats using as yet unissued coin designs from the interwar period. Struck using planchets of the original diameter, with Ag 750 grade of silver.
The designs were submitted in 1933 to take part in a contest organized by the National Mint for the best design of a silver coin commemorating the 250th anniversary of the Battle of Vienna, falling in 1934.
A replica of the circulating coin ‘Fisherman'of the nominal value of 5 zloty from the year 1958 the reverse of which was designed by J.Gosławski.
