Zbigniew Jakubas

Zbigniew Jakubas graduated in 1978 from the Częstochowa University of Technology, the Department of Electricity, specialization of electrician. Since 1989 he was the President of Multico Sp. z o.o.; 1994 – President of the Management Board of KRYNICA ZDRÓJ Sp. z o.o.; 1983 – Representative, Co-Owner and Vice-President of IPACO Sp. z o.o.; 1998 – President of the Management Board of MULTICO-PRESS Sp. z o.o.; 1997 – 1998 – a Member of the Supervisory Board of BDM S.A. Investment Group; 1979 – 1983 – his own business; 1978 - 1979 – a lecturer in the Group of Vocational Schools in Warsaw. Zbigniew Jakubas is the President of the Polish Business Roundtable.
Zbigniew Jakubas is an owner of the Multico Capital Group consisting of: Multico Sp. z o.o.; Multico-Press Sp. z o.o.; Multico Oficyna Wydawnicza Sp. z o.o.; DeSystem Sp. z o.o. Moreover, Zbigniew Jakubas is a shareholder of the following companies: Multidruk S.A.; Newag S.A. and Feroco S.A. in Poznań and companies quoted at the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A.: Mennica Polska S.A.; Optimus S.A.; Wydawnictwa Szkolne i Pedagogiczne S.A. and Polna S.A. 
The President of the Supervisory Board of the 4th tenure at Mennica Polska S.A. On June 2nd, 2006 he was re-elected as a Member of the Supervisory Board to be the President of the Board.
